[新聞] 英聽、英檢 2成校系列招生審查

高中英聽測驗或其他英檢成績，越來越受大學申請入學重視，英文聽力差，申請大學更吃虧，一○三年大學個人申請，招生簡章明起發售，明年將有超過兩成，多達四○六個招生校系，將英聽測驗或其他英檢，列為書面審查項目，比今年激增兩倍多，包括台大法律等明星校系。

台灣學生近年來在托福、多益等英檢成績的國際排名，都不理想，聽力尤其是弱項，落後韓國越來越多，很多學者建議，大考要比照韓國加考英聽；個人申請也應參採更多元的英檢成績，以全面提升學生英文能力。

大考中心在一○二學年推出高中英聽測驗，這兩年只當成個人申請的書面審查資料，後年將當成個人申請、繁星推薦、考試分發的檢定項目，未通過檢定就落榜，英聽將成為大學入學門檻。

大學甄選入學委員會統計，去年只有十七個校系將英檢列為個人申請書審項目，今年增為一一八個校系，明年更激增到四○六個校系。

個人申請第二階段甄試，多半要審查自傳等書面資料，且列入成績，台大註冊組主任洪泰雄說，若將英聽或英檢列為審查項目，沒考過的學生，雖照樣可參加甄試，但計分會吃虧。

以台大法律系為例，審查資料包括在校成績、自傳、讀書計畫、競賽成果、社團參與證明及英聽或其他英檢，占總成績達三成；像政大法律、企管系、清大材料、資工系、交大資財等明星校系，也都將英聽或英檢列為書審項目。

更多校系將英檢當成書面審查的參考資料，也有加分效果，台大明年就多達八成校系將英聽、英檢當成書審指定或參考項目。

英聽測驗報名費只有三百多元，且考試內容符合高中課程，洪泰雄建議高三生，至少要考英聽，申請大學才不會吃虧，一○三學年英聽測驗，逾十一萬人報名，多數高三生都報考。
